Let me suggest you NOT give this company your $$. Our driver started out very friendly and informative..then proceeded to get LOST after one of the scheduled stops. Rather than going over the Coronado Bridge towards the famous Coronado hotel, she pulled over on a side street where we all waited for some information from her. She was on the phone with her supervisor for at least 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get to the bridge. Then, we found ourselves on the I-5 freeway southbound for about 20 minutes. She was driving on the freeway at least 60 miles per hour, there are NO seatbelts on the trolley and the vehicle was full of families and older adults. Rather than provide the guests with any information, the driver proceeded to to BLAST the music. We truly felt unsafe and like we were hostages! Her lack of training took us well over an hour to get us to our destination but the safety issue was the real problem i had. I have tried to call the company 6 times to get some resolution and a refund. they never call back or respond to any messages. My next step is to report them to the Highway Patrol. They are not operating a safe business!! The one employee we did report the incident to responded with "oh that is one of our newer drivers". Lovely.

Pickup locations not clearly marked. Seats are way too close together—very little knee room. Ordered two day pass for two adults. Wanted to cancel 2nd day but was told no refunds. Even though website stated you could cancel 24 hours in advance. I didn’t understand that meant for entire package and didn’t apply to second day.

We had a lot of fun listening to the tour guide. It was excellent value, and we used the trolley to get around town.
