We went on this trip and it delivers what it says - a trip on an old fire truck crossing the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge and back. Advised to wrap up warm and luckily we took note and did however we did forget to put sunscreen / moisturiser on and ended up with faces looking as red as the truck from wind burn - lol oh well you live and learn. Good fun and lots of information about San Francisco which we instantly forgot :)

It was great fun travelling around in an old fire engine. The driver and tour guide were really friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us to take loads of photos on the engine. And took us to great spots to get photos the sites. Would highly recommend if you fancy a different way to tour around San Fran.

This was such a great tour, the driver and guide were lovely and we got to see many places that the hop on / off tour didn't reach such as the Presido, underneath the bridge and around the headland. The commentary was really interesting and it was obvious that they guides loved San Francisco. At one point they announced that they were running a little late to start their next trip. I assumed this meant that they would try to curtail the tour but they didn't and arrived back with just 10 minutes to spare before starting the next one. This is really worth doing
