First, the itinerary is great. We were the first tour bus to enter Muir Woods which gave our group a quieter experience, and the three wineries visited are all small family run ones that you otherwise would never find.
Like Timothy L reviewed, the driver took us to the same two "surprise" destinations of a produce store and the Golden Gate viewpoint, and he prioritized his schedule and needs over ours in the same way. If you go for a run while we are at Muir Woods, good for you but please arrive back a little early and clean up, don't come sweating on to the bus 1 minute before the scheduled time to leave. Don't do your own grocery shopping and tell us it's for us. Don't shame people who arrive 1-2 minutes after your suggested departure time - this our experience to enjoy not yours. Don't keep tell us how much you want our tip money and where to find the ATM's
These are the same concerns raised by other reviewers, but management doesn't seem to be changing his behavior.
