Arroyo transportation was amazing but Viator confirmed us without the company confirming so no ride was waiting for us and Viator was no help at all. Looked up Arroyo transportation and emailed and called and he promptly picked us up and took us to our destination. He confirmed our return trip before leaving and he picked us up on time and the transfer to airport was fantastic.

Communication was great prior to trip and We texted once we arrived Feliz told us where to meet him. All was great and went smoothly. Drive to Disney was relaxing. Thank you for the great experience.
