A lot of fun , night time was very cool next time we will try and catch the sunset. It was an easy paddle with calm water, we would recommend this very highly.

I went on the tour a few days ago with 5 family members and it was nice, although we were disappointed because we didn’t see any fish or anything interesting other than seaweed and a few pelicans sleeping in the mangroves. I decided to give it another try because I have more company coming into town to visit. I needed to make a change in the reservation, and TripAdvisor told me I needed to contact the company directly. The company does not answer their phone. if you need to make changes. The recording tells you to text or email them. I did both emailed and texted this afternoon. They didn’t answer the email or text for several hours. They told me they would answer my questions about my needing to rebook by 6:00. That time came and went. Then by 6:25 I texted again. They waited until it was after the cancellation time. (6:30) Then told me I could NOT cancel with them because I didn’t book directly through them. Now I can’t get my money back - very sleazy business practice.

You were informed earlier that day that the requested tour change was not possible, giving you ample time to cancel through Viator. Additionally, your attempt to contact us occurred while we were closed, which was stated to you which directly impacted our response time.
