The trolley tour was interesting, but 5 minutes before it was over we were told the riverboat tour for 1:30 was cancelled due to maintenance. To make matters worse we got the run-around trying to get a refund for the riverboat portion. We were dropped off near the riverboat office and were told we needed to check with them. When we asked for a refund, we were told we needed to check with Gray line. Once we walked 1.7 miles back to Gray line, they told us we needed to call Viator about a refund. Viator told us Gray line would refund us in 3-5 days. Obviously, we won't be back. This is no way to treat customers when it was your poor planning and poor decision to do maintenance instead of providing the service that people paid for weeks in advance. Very poor management and customer service.

I'm sorry the riverboat was canceled, unfortunately, sometimes we do run into unforeseen circumstances that may cause us to cancel as stated in the terms. In the future please feel free to give the company a call, your tour did include a free shuttle service. I hope that you enjoyed the trolley portion of your tour.

The 5 stars if for Kelly Tours Trolley ride ONLY (not the river boat). We thoroughly enjoyed the trolley ride by Kelly Tours. Our driver, Big Scott was very funny and knowledgeable and made the time pass too quickly! I wish we had more time with him! The river cruise wasn't subpar. There really wasn't much to see, and the narrator wasn't as good of a story teller as Big Scott from the trolley ride. We highly recommend Kelly tours!

Big Scott was great! Very informative and easy to understand. I was disappointed about the boat being delayed since my schedule would not allow a later time. But the company was quick to refund that portion.
