Gray Line abandoned us on this tour. Company literature and policy gives tour customers a phone # to call for pick up at one of 11 spots in historic Savannah until 5pm. Gray Line Trolley operators were pulled off the job at 3p Sunday, Feb 27, the day of our tour, however, because February is a "slow month", Unfortunately, we were not informed of this, In fact, we were told on our trolley multiple times to call for a pick up until 5pm. After departing the boat, we called at 3:15pm, 3:30pm, 3:45pm and 4:00pm a for a pickup, each time getting a recorded message informing us Gray Line was closed for the day. Most frustrating! We eventually made our way out of downtown Savannah and back to our vehicle at the Visitor's Center, no thanks to Gray Line!

The concierge at our hotel told us this was the best package we could've gotten, and he was correct. I would advise doing the trolley the first day. They provided a shuttle to pick us up at the hotel and took us to the trolley. The trolley took us around the town, but if you see something you want to do, get off the trolley, call the shuttle and they will pick you up and take you where ever you want to go. The combo package was great. Thanks TripAdvisor!

Trolley tour was great but forget boat! Our tour guide Stephanie was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Kept the dialogue going. Boat just isn’t interesting. Only see freight docks and industrial equipment
