They canceled the tour, but still sent out a reminder email the morning of and didn't text me, so I took the bus across town to not have a tour. If I had known earlier I could have hopped on a different one.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we do not run single-guest tours. We did reach out via phone and email to offer options but did not receive an answer.

The tour was very informative and interesting. Our guide knew her topic well and could answer questions. She was friendly and pleasant. We gained information we would not have gotten had we gone on our own.
