Our guide Bailey was awesome however the overall experience was less than advertised. The trip is advertise as 2 hrs site seeing and possible wildlife. The reality was 1 hr on the water going away from and never in the park with the only wildlife being the people in their backyards.

Hi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We take our clients feedback seriously and use it to help us grow and improve as a business. I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your guide, Bailey. She is an excellent guide and will be happy to hear this. I apologize you feel your trip was less than advertised. We advertise the trip to be approximately 2 hours. We say “approximately” because there are some variables that go into operating on a natural river we cannot control. Typically, you will be floating on the water for an hour and a half. This leaves roughly thirty minutes for transportation time. We do not advertise that we raft in Yellowstone National Park. This would be illegal. There is no rafting allowed inside of Yellowstone. We do, however, border the park for the first several miles of the trip. You floated 6 miles on the Yellowstone River with us. You saw views of Yellowstone National Park and parts of the Gallatin Mountain Range. This we can control. Unfortunately, wildlife we cannot. They are on their own agenda. Often times we will see elk, deer and lots of waterfowl. Sometimes we aren’t as lucky. Our goal is to give all of our guest a great experience on the river. We feel that our stretch of the Yellowstone River is very special and we love to share it with people. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us continue to improve as a business.

We took our kiddos (3 & 6) for their first float down the river. Had a blast and the kids are begging to do it again! Was the highlight of our trip! The staff were super nice and well organized. They had water shoes we could borrow which was great as we did get wet.
