This company has obviously been doing this awhile. Very efficient with check in, float itself and leaving. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. They highly recommend not taking anything with you so we didn’t take cell phones and have no pictures from our float but we understand the high chance of losing a phone while on the water. Great scenic float with our family and 2 yr old grandchild with a few splashes along the way
