Fun, relaxing float down the Rio Grande for 2-1/2 hours. Encountered a few fun mini rapids. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area, the river, and animals we saw.

What a unique and pleasant experience it was meandering down the river, with our guide Garrett. He insured we understood our safety matters before getting underway and allowed us the opportunity to participate in directing the boat downstream. Garrett provided great commentary on the river itself, along with the history of the area. While engaging the four passengers in conversation, he also allowed the appropriate quiet for us to enjoy the scenery and landscape. We even got to witness a hawk dive into the water and catch a fish! The ride was organized from beginning to end, with us even being offered an iced treat upon our return.
