Cam our driver was very professional and drove safe, highly recommended the company. Only recommendation is for the water that they offer be cold

The driver was on time and confirmed with me before arrival. The van was clean, with plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Great trip!

I normally give awesome reviews but this was horrible! We scheduled a ride for 8am because we had a flight to caught. We arrived at pickup spot early which is understandable why they werent there. I called and to let them know our location and that were ready. Driver called back and told me he would br 15 minutes late. I was okay with but 15 minutes came and went. I called him back and he said ok 20 minutes now. I told him i could not wait if it. He changed the time to 10 minutes. What? If you are going to be late just tell me you wouldnt be there by my designated time frame so i can just grab the driver that was there and kept telling us he would take us now. I prepaid 146.00 for this one way airport trip and the driver there was going to take us for 80. It was non refundable so i was desperate and was just gonna eat the 146 and find a ride. He finally arrived when we were getting in another ride. If u scheduled a ride be on time!!! I understand traffic but that late is unacceptable. And the to keep lying about how late u would be there is ridiculous. If u cant make it just tell me. Dont tell me 15 then now 20 then 10 more. NEVER AGAIN

To the Fuller Party, Sorry u didn't have a pleasant experience and all criticism will be noted and delt with accordingly. We are sorry that u hade to take time and write a bad review because were better than the way this review seems which is why there's more good experiences than bad. We try our best and sometime with this pier being so busy and only one way in and out it really gets difficult. We at times have drivers take 40min to pull up to island once we get the call and we park only 0.6miles away in a lot so I can honestly see how 10min can turn into needing more and more time when ur crawling just inching forward. We do appologize for the time wasted and understand the frustration. Of course the curb hustlers at the pier will take you for cheaper but that's at your own risk when coming to Seattle so glad you waited for us and took the safe and comfortable way out. Although our time was off, I wish you would have mentioned that in the end you got to Airport and driver was great or something along those lines. Its hard to please everybody and we often get alot of switched times on reservation's day of but we try our best. Since u say never again looks like we cant make it up to you so that next time around the comments can be as nice as many others. I Still Wish You A Wonderful Day!
