The night before the tour they let us know the tour was canceled. We were very disappointed. They said we hot get money back

We were able to look up your booking and according to our records, we have been trying to reach out to you to get this taken care of. I'm not sure who you spoke with that said you couldn't get your money back, but that is definitely not the case. We will try again today and hopefully will be able to get in touch!

It was great learning about the ghost of Seattle around and in pike market. Great tour and learning experience.

Bought two tickets through viator/trip advisor. Supposed to meet at 1416 first ave at 5:30. We got there at 5:00 and stayed until 6:10. No one showed up. Called viator to ask what the deal was they gave us the local office number. 1-844-757-5657. Called them. Everyone was unprofessional and kept saying, “we have to call the tour guide to see what really happened,” Like we missed the guide or something. (We did not, I was at the bar talking to the bar tender who knew the tour guides and said they haven’t seen them. He even went out to check). The dude on the phone for the local office took my name and number and said he only had one phone line to use so he had to hang up with me to try and call their tour guide. (He doesn’t have a cell phone?) So he hung up on me and never called back and I never got a refund. Out $74 dollars. Viator and Seattle Terrors are both scams as far as I’m concerned. Horrible
