We had a great time. My wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. She set up everything including a Jeep tour of Oahu. From the instant Matt picked us up, it felt like we had known him for years. Easy to talk to and great listener. We went to small, secluded beaches and locals only stuff. No tourists in sight. Along the way we had Hawaiian history talk as well as some JFK conspiracy stuff. We finished the day with dinner and drinks while watching a beautiful sunset. Our friend Jennifer is coming here next month and has already booked the same tour off of our recommendations. Great job!!!

Having been to Oahu several times, we were looking for something different. Adventure with a Local was stellar selection, an opportunity to see behind the scenes of our tropical 50th state. Our guide, Cameron, was on-time exactly where we were told to meet. The description of the tour is one of small groups. My wife and I were the small group it does not get more personal. Working our way counterclockwise, we saw some of the must see sights included on other larger group tours, but with a local flavor including the back stories that cannot be accomplished with a large group. We could customize the tour on the fly, visiting some of the more secluded beaches, television locales, and even a few myths or two. It was an enjoyable half day excursion without the obligatory stop at the glitzy trinket stores. This was a chance to see the real Hawaii.

Our guide was Sean who delivered an excellent afternoon of fun adventures. The most unexpected stop was at an ancient Polynesian temple site. Sean provided an outstanding half-circle tour with stops that I had never seen in all my years visiting Oahu.
