Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the tour start time on your ticket/booking. The start time is not the departure time. Guests who are not present for check in and have not called or informed us of any trouble locating us will not be permitted as a late check in to go on tour. No refunds or reschedules are offered to travelers who do not arrive at the correct time or miss their tour.

Frank was absolutely wonderful. Took us to two vortex sites and shared his knowledge on evolving. Frank brought snacks and water.

Simply amazing and well worth every penny! Katie, our guide, gave us suggestions for other hikes to do and places to check out. Her knowledge and wisdom shared were life changing. This tour is beyond a tour. It's a life experience.
