Doc was knowledgeable and informative about the vortex history . My reasoning for taking the Vortex tour was to see the various sites without having to navigate the local geography on my own. Unfortunately the tour included just two sites, one easy access common site that we had intended to visit that afternoon, the other site not so easily accessed by the general public . Spent just under an hour at each place. To experience the more well known vortexes we still had to navigate Sedona on our own. To me the tour price and the posted request for gratuity was a bit pricey for delivered product.

We were told our tour was at 3 and to arrive 30 mins earlier. So we arrived at 2:30. Our tour was at 3:30, so we had to wait around longer. Not sure if this is an issue with Viator or the tour company. Office staff was not so friendly. No bathrooms onsite so you could go before tour. Tour guys was nice and gave a lot of information. Tour was not as expected.
