With a maximum of 8 guests per boat, we prioritize an intimate and sustainable experience that benefits both our guests and the manatees.

Please remember that our manatees are not in captivity, so they are not trained to come up to you. These tours are conducted in their natural habitat, meaning that every tour we perform is different.

We are proud to be the only Manatee Tour Company in Crystal River Florida that has a education program for not only our manatees but a 'Nature Walkthrough' which has native and invasive fish , and ecosytem education. All included complimentary in our manatee tours.

The company is great. I did this tour 3 years ago and gave 5 stars. The problem is that the death of the sea grass has led to cloudy water. A manatee was less than a foot from my daughter and she couldn't see it. I would wait or go to another area that was not impacted by the hurricaine. I took 0 pictures because I couldn't see a thing.

The woman who was the tour guide was very nice very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the man who runs the place or owns it I’m not sure what, was a complete nasty jerk. When I asked if we were certain to see any manatees, his reply was you’ll see one. I said your ad shows tons of amenities and people swimming with them. This clearly angered him. He was very rude to me and my husband. There are many of these tours with different companies, so you don’t need to use this one. There was no need for the rudeness and the anger with which we were treated. At this point we had already paid and we’re not going to get our money back however I would have canceled if it weren’t too late just because he was so rude. There was no need to treat people the way we were treated. He clearly did not have any respect or concern for his clients or the people that worked for him. Due to the way we were treated by him even before we got on the boat I was angry and skeptical about the tour which actually affects the people that are doing a tour. This is their job this is the way they get paid and him being such a jerk does not help them once they need to deal with the customers that he had just treated so disrespectfully.

Hello, while we are sorry to hear that you were disatisfied with our office staff, I am a little confused about your review. The gentleman who you were speaking about does not own nor run our company. While answering your question he was attempting to give you realistic expectations as you are swimming with wild and protected animals. We can never promise that you will see a manatee due to the above fact, you come to us to swim with manatees in their natural habitat rather than visiting them at a zoo. I do apologize if you feel his response was rude or mean but I promise you that was not his intention. At any point you could've spoken to the manager and we would've addressed this problem for you. Thank you for coming out with us regardless, we are very glad to hear that you were happy with your water staff and hopefully at least enjoyed yourself once on the water with the manatees.

We had a great time hanging out and swimming around a few manatees. It was a little cold, but the operator was well prepared with hot chocolate to warm us up. The captain and guide were extremely friendly!
