Their customer service requieres a serious change, we where 7 minutes late today. Called 1 hour in advance to say this and they said it was impossible to wait for us which where a group of 6. Their policy also dictates that if you are late apart from no receiving any help to get into a later tour you would be charged 100% of the reservation, even if you call in advance to tell them you are late.

2 hours of pure excitement. We missed our original scheduled time, but Emma was kind enough to accommodate us and we were able to get on the next tour.

Couldn’t enjoy because It was entirely too cold and no whales. The dolphins were nice but really hoped the whales were out. No ones fault.
