Boat ride was comfortable on top. Speaker hard to understand. Very difficult to find boat location, zero signage for the company. Aggressive and forced photos taken at boat entry, despite declining. Needs better customer service.

Great way to get on the water and see the multi million dollar properties up close and enjoy the Miami skyline. We booked this tour during our 'downtime' between cruising and a late afternoon flight home. There is even luggage storage available onsite at Bayside Marketplace.
