Allow customers to take home food, on paid items that they did nit eat. My 2 appetizers order was messed up 2x and when it arrived dinner was being served. So i did not eat them. I asked can i bring them home. I was told no. But this is not part of buffet. They are paid items.

We were celebrating my wife's 57th birthday. The buffet was the exact same menu from 2 years prior. The servers served portions as if they were serving toddlers. The servers were very unorganized and very slow. No annoucement was made regarding when to get your food from the server/buffet. Once we were in line an announcement was made after the fact. Just a bunch of servers, waiters, standing around looking and dancing. It was an inconvience to go on an app to order appetizers and alcoholic beverages. The DJ was playing music unfamiliar and/or outdated. After paying over $225+ the dinner cruise ended at 9.20pm not a 3-hour dinner cruise as stated on the website. The photographer took pictures very quickly barely giving you time to adjust your hair, clothes, take your mask and/or coat off etc but she was very effecient when she came around to present her prices.

The food was great, only bad experience was that the seats on the upper deck was wet, they should check.
