Address on ticket was incorrect!! I booked our Lunch Cruise through Viator (trip advisor owned). I arrived at the meeting point address, only to find this port was for another company's cruise. I called CityExperiences directly and they couldn't help. They directed me to Trip Advisor customer service who eventually got in contact with the cruise line direct. They confirmed they provided Trip Advisor with incorrect information. I did receive a refund but the last day of my vacation was ruined.

Nothing. The food was awful. Not what I expected. The picture when I booked was deceiving as I thought I was sitting outside eating sandwiches as mentioned in the booking. Waitstaff was good, but there were no seats outside.

Great experience! Nice buffet lunch, friendly staff, great views, games and dancing. Highly recommend if you are celebrating a special occasion or just want a nice lunch/dinner cruise along Boston Harbor. There’s something for everyone and they accommodate larger groups.
