The RV Founders Hall displays trailers, photos, and memorabilia reaching back to the 1920's and 1930's and is open to the public. The museum presents chronological and technological advancements in the industry from before WW I to the present.

This is a gold mine. Although it has been around for decades it was a mystery to me. I had no idea if it’s existence, I am sorry, till recommended. And don’t miss it. A wide variety of the earliest recreational vehicles, tent trailers, to two modern ones on display, the museum has some incredible trailers that are well worth the view and stop. It is incredible the trailers that are part of the collection, thanks to the generosity of their donors, but you won’t find such a collection anywhere. Thank you.

It was very interesting to see how RVs have evolved over the years and was happy to see the “Bird” for KYD there.

We visited the RV Museum off I 80 just east of Elkhart Indiana. It’s a collection of Travel trailers and Motor Homes plus a few very unique camping additions to vehicles dating back to the Model T days! It’s been a destination place for me when I have visitors for several years. Even if you are not into mobile travel homes I believe it would be enjoyable!
