My family and I had a great experience from entering to exiting really clean, hand sanitizer every where you go. Sinks and soap available almost every where you walk.

Loved my time at the aquarium!! Booking tickets was easy and fast. My favorite exhibit was the stingrays. Can't wait to return!

When I purchase my tickets with a representative through your chatting service he told me we would be allowed to be inside for 4 hours, since the only time they had available was 6pm. I was hesitant to buy my tickets for that time because it didn’t make sense to be there just for few hours. But since the rep told me my party and I would be able to the be there for the full hours I went ahead and bought my tickets. Once we were there the aquarium closed at 8 pm and we didn’t get to experience the whole thing, very disappointed. So FYI buy tickets for an earlier time.
