We researched the trip we wanted to take and chose the 6-in-1 Tour with Helicopter and Landing based on all of the stops and sites we would be seeing. We received a phone call with the exact time and location pick-up the night before. Marty picked us up, provided us with a continental breakfast, and then we picked up the rest of the travelers. There were 7 of us in total for our tour and Marty helped us to bond as a group. Marty had a lot of knowledge and was happy to share some of his past experiences, asking us questions about things we had done and would still like to do. Marty took us to the Las Vegas sign and took pictures of all of us. The Hoover Dam stop was amazing, and we were impressed with getting to see Lake Meade as well. The vehicle and size of the group was perfect to be able to ask questions and see what we wanted to see without feeling like we were part of a group of cattle herded around. We then headed to the Grand Canyon to make our helicopter flight. This was the one most disappointing part of the day for us. We were checked in and quickly taken to the helicopter. Miguel ran through the safety instructions at the helicopter and we couldn't understand a word he was saying. Our seatbelts were somewhat secured and off we went - straight to the canyon - landed - given about 10 min in one spot and then told to get back on the helicopter because he needed to fuel up for his next trip. All-in-all our helicopter trip was about 35 min - and a lot of money for zero guidance. Miguels' manager couldn't have cared less when we complained about the visit. Marty was extremely disappointed and strived to make it up to us the rest of the day by taking us around to view fossils with the ranger at both Eagle Point and Guana Point. Our photo at Eagle Point is going to be on our next Christmas card. The food was wonderful at Eagle Point, and Marty let us take our food on the bus with us so we could spend more time at Eagle Point. We even went back around to Hoover Dam on the way back to see more of the sites. We had plenty of cold water and snacks and Marty made the trip absolutely enjoyable.
Well done. Experience was worth every cent. The helicopter portion was amazing, If I had to do it again I would book more of the helicopter portion. I listen to others in the canyon during the other portion of the tour and everyone said the same thing worth every cent. The 6-in-1 tour overall was amazing........
This was an amazing tour from start to finish, we were collected from our Luxor hotel in a first class SUV and with only 3 of us we had the top Guide Julian all to our selves all day.
Julian was absolutley fantastic with constant info from start to finish with an amazing amount knowledge.
We took in the Grand Canyon with a flight down to the floor which was brilliant and with many chance for great photo's too.
The trip then went to a western town where we were able to choose either chicken or the fantastic BBQ ribs which were to die for. The best place was the last point on the rim which gave us brilliant photo's but at this stage it was starting to snow so we took some great pics then moved onto the hoover dam on our way home, again the info provided all the way back was first class.
Julian made this trip for us especially on the way back stopping near the Welcome to Vegas sign letting us take some photo's their.
Book this now. Amazing tour
