This is a great tour, cos you get to do both the sedate river part, with commentary, then you also get out on the lake and zip both north and south a ways with more information at each sport. So, the best of both worlds. I also appreciated the communication beforehand, as I was a solo traveller trying to work out when the best available time was for me to join a tour and they were very flexible and patient with all my emails!!

A brilliant private botstoor to six on the Zodiac. Quite comfortable and yet the guide has given the most important information about the architectural highlights. It was quite adventurous outside the watergate, where our guide turned up the throttle and steered the bot at high speed across Lake Michigan. Breathtaking view of the majestic Skylight. We can recommend it to all who want to avoid the hustle and bustle.

My daughter and I did 3 different boat tours on our trip and this was by far the best! Personable, informative and just an all around great time. Thank you Captain Ken! Will definitely do this again if we’re ever back in Chicago.
