Trip was canceled by company due to weather. Communication was good and they waited to the last minute (hoping weather would clear) before calling it.

Hi Don! Sounds like you were one of the unlucky ones who caught this bad stretch of weather we are still having! We have some days that we know we won't be able to fly, and others that we hold out hope that we can offer some sort of scenic tour. Sometimes, due to this hopeful nature, we cancel flights within an hour of flight time. We try to communicate with everyone as soon as we know about cancellations, but oftentimes people will be checking in when we get the word that the round of flights has been called off. Hopefully your dissatisfaction was with the weather and not with our service. Cheers, Heidi and the TAT family

The program was highly recommended to us and we arranged our travel plans to plan for unexpected weather. The experience was wonderful. I have vertigo and by using my medicine (antivert), I was able to tolerate the ride and enjoy the experience. The staff was very reassuring and spent time on the phone as well as when I arrived. I felt safe.

Trip was a beautiful view of the Denali mountain range with a spectacular landing on the glacier. Melissa was an awesome pilot and guide. Would highly recommend the glacier landing.
