We had a great day ,for me the highlights were, the river safari in particular the cinnamon harvesting and processing, the Galle fort and the local food we got to try. We appreciated the air conditioned car and our English speaking guide Vidu who made our day fun and enjoyable,efficiently getting us back to the ship on time. The drive down the coast is excellent and there are lots of opportunities for stops, we were pressed for time as we were on a cruise ship so we had to prioritise what we did. While it’s a long drive i am really glad we chose this tour. Thankyou Vidu

This day-trip was the best Sri-Lankan experience we had within our stay. We had Vidu as a tour guide. He shared a lot of knowledge about Sri Lanka - history, culture, religion, nature. He was very polite and helpful with all our wishes. Vidu is someone you can 200% trust on this trip. Compared to different other day trips we undertook, this trip was the best not least or especially because of our driver. We are very appreciated, thank you so much Vidu!

Didn’t get to see what the guide said we would. We actually missed all the mosques and the fort and the stilt fishing as well as the last turtle destination too. On top of this, the guides car broke down.

Hello Sir/Madam. We are strongly disappointed and disagree with your review as this tour done by one of our best guide named Vidu for this tour. Anyone can read about his service from the previous reviews on this tour. Yes we understand That the car battery was dead when you were out for lunch and it was only a 30min delay to get it all fixed. And upon checking the car battery after the trip it was in good condition and our mechanic said it was because of the huge power Bank you have charged in the vehicle all the way from colombo. Also our guide had showed you kaluthara temple with some attractions on the way which was not included in the itinerary and you have done visiting the turtle hatchery that included in the tour the last place which called turtle beach is something extra from us it is not mentioned anywhere on this trip. and you had plenty of enough time to visit the gall fort and stilt fishing but you refused to go there more than 4 times when guide asked you to drive you there. You were always wanted to turn back without going to gall. Our guide has all the pictures that you visiting turtle hatchery. Also we had only charged you the half of the price for the tour but you tried to do it all for free which is very unfair in a situation like this. We always give our clients the best please understand that you wanted to turn back after completing 75% of the tour when you already had plenty of time remaining till the end of the tour. Please check that the tour duration is 8 to 10 hrs in total. Hope you understand and we are really sorry if we made any mistake. 🙏
