A knowledgable and informative guide showing you around the hightlights of Dallas and out to Southfork You are met at the JFK memorial and taken to the hightlight of Dallas with informative backgound information on each with time to take some photos.

I grew up in the 1980s as a teenager watching Dallas & have rewatched the series a number of times as an adult; so speaking as a lifelong fan of the show, I absolutely loved this tour! Getting to tour the grounds and the house - inside and out - was a dream come true! There is a museum included on the grounds as well, which had a lot of neat items and photographs were allowed, and indeed encouraged! As a solo traveler to the Dallas area w/out a rental car, the cost of the tour with the shuttle van was well-worth the price as Southfork is quite a distance outside of Dallas. The tour included many details and sites related to the JFK assassination; and while that wasn't MY main focus or reason for taking the tour, the information was very interesting, detailed, enthralling & presented with great storytelling gusto! So I found myself surprisingly quite intrigued with that part of the tour also! I highly recommend this tour. It was a very enjoyable experience all the way around!

We are visiting family and McKinney TX and felt this was a nice little side trip/visit! Take the tour. Carol our guide was fun and sure knew her details in the TV show Dallas and many of the characters/actors and ranch owners.
