My sister and I absolutely enjoyed our Old Town Trolley Tour! Our driver/tour guide Jason is very knowledgeable, fun and passenger safety was a huge priority. Jason kept the passengers engaged. Our second driver/tour guide, Trevor, is funny with his Vincent Price’s Michael Jackson Thriller rendition and peacock calls. The Hop on and Hop Off feature was very beneficial. I wish the reason for the tour included a family only category. Fortunately, my sister and I are great friends too! It was an awesome day!

I would definitely recommend this tour before waking around St. Augustine. Summer was our tour guide and she was very fun. I hope to do the tour again next year.

Definitely recommend the hop on and hop off trolley tour for your first day to get the lay of the land. Ride the tour all the way around and experience where each of the 22 stops are. Then, stay on and hop on and off for the places you want to go. We purchased day passes for two separate days during the week that were not contiguous. 110% recommend parking at stop #1, which is the old jail. We had no problems parking and hopped right on the trolley within a few steps. However, the first day we purchased tickets we went to the offsite location thinking parking would be a problem at the other locations, only to have to wait 45 minutes to board a shuttle that would ultimately take us to stop #1. The girl was rude and told us she would only give us some pointers if we purchased the $5 tour guide, which we did not purchase and did not need. She also said they were in the running for "Best Of" and to please fill out this card because if she gathered a minimum of 20 on that day, she would be in the drawing for a $100 gift card.
