Dougie was very informative which gave us a great history of St. Augustine. As we are unable to do a lot of walking the tram ride was a great source of sightseeing for us.

It was okay. Not to the fault of the driver. Which was interesting we didn’t get to know her name. The vehicle made it difficult to hear anything and the diesel exhaust was a bit intoxicating. We did enjoy seeing the beauty and care of the citizens of Savannah. Such a prideful community and it shows in the care of their city/community. Then the other sad thing was another trolley of the same company got ahead of us and sounded as if his trolley was going to fall apart it was really obnoxiously noisy which left us wondering the poor folks who hopped on that one really got a raw deal. The tour driver was very compassionate about the history of her town and very knowledgeable in the parts we were able to hear.

This was a good way to get around the historic district with its tiny lanes, one-way-streets, and tourist pedestrians. Also saved cost and hassle of finding parking. The guides were all friendly and knowledgeable, some were also entertaining as they shared info about this first continuously-inhabited settlement in the New World. Great overview and/or transportation.
