At the beginning everything started well, but when we were visiting stops 7-8-9 the trolley never came around, we waited over 30 minutes at the stop 7 so we ended walking to the stop 8…where we ended walking to the stop 9 because again, no signs of the trolley coming by. When a trolley finally came, there was no spots available for us and some people run and sit even knowing we where waiting much more before them, but no one seemed to care. We had to walk again. When we finally got to the distillery and finished the distillery tour, more than 10 people were outside complaining as well for the waiting time for the trolley, it was a very hot day and the expectation was 15 minutes between trolleys, not 30 or 40 minutes. The tour/choffer guiding the experience were good but they would talk very very fast, so it was very difficult for us (english fluent but not natives) to keep track of the history or the jokes
