The trip was good but it was better when it was 2hrs & started under the Bay Bridge to alcatraz to Sausalito then under the Golden Gate Bridge then back to the harbor. Miss getting the night shots.

I can't give higher than a three for two reasons. The boat that we were going to be taking was not there to board even though we were told to arrive early. That means that we and many others in line stood in the cold waiting for the boat. It was too chilly to have us do that! And then it was too foggy to see the sunset. We could barely see the bridge above the boat right above us. Very disappointing. I know they cannot control the fog but they should offer a refund of some sort when we don't get what we paid for.

We are sorry that you were disappointed. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and there are certain times that it does get foggy in SF. Usually the fog just adds to the ambiance. We ask all guests to arrive early because we need to depart on time and cannot wait for everyone to arrive. The reason the boat wasn't there is because it was finishing up the cruise prior to your departure. Again, we are sorry that your cruise wasn't what you expected.
