Husband and I thought for sure this would be a great experience based on all of the positive reviews. Unfortunately we were both very disappointed. First, you are shuffled though several stations, and while the staff was polite and directive, there was no explanation of why we were doing certain things, like putting black footies over our shoes, and having to wear wristbands. Each station had a line so this took some time, and then there was a long line to catch the elevator to the observation floors. Overall the observation floors were hot, crowded and loud. This was on top of what the sensory immersion experience was supposed to be, so it just became sensory overload. We could not even get into the room with the silver helium balls due to it being so crowded. Not having an enjoyable time, we tried to make a quick exit, but were told we could only exit by walking through the rest of the exhibit (the very crowded outside part) and through the gift shop, and then to a very long elevator line. We have been to the EDGE and if you are looking for great views and a more comfortable experience, we r'd definitely head there instead of Summit.
