The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

The view and the place is absolutely gorgeous. However, it is extremely overcrowded and sometimes even hard to find a spot to be able to take a nice picture. I personally paid extra to be able to watch the sunset which to me it was definitely worth it, however it seemed to me that some people that paid less (arriving the time before you get charged more) would stay there for HOURS and wait till the sunset. It honestly doesn’t seem fair and it makes the place way too packed, there should be a specific time slot so people couldn’t spent there the whole day as it makes the experience for others a bit stressful. If it wasn’t for all of that I’d definitely give this place a 5/5 as it is stunning.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Summit at One Vanderbilt recently, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a blend of modern elegance and cutting-edge design. The views from the observation deck are simply breathtaking, offering an unparalleled 360-degree panorama of New York City. The experience is enhanced by thoughtful interactive displays that engage you and offer insights into the city’s history and architecture. I particularly loved the outdoor terrace, where you can really soak in the atmosphere while enjoying the fresh air. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. I appreciated the attention to detail in every corner, from the art installations to the informative exhibits. If you’re looking for a memorable outing in NYC, The Summit at One Vanderbilt is a must-visit. I left feeling inspired and eager to return!

Experience was out of this world! Best date I was ever on! Loved taking my GF (It was her birthday!) to this event she really appreciated the effort and care I took we had drinks toward the end of our trip Which was delightful. The memories were amazing because of the vendors and staff. Thank you for such a tremendous experience!
