Took the Sunset Dolphin Tour after what ended up being a stressful day. Upon arriving, there was a guide at the beach access point giving directions to where the kayaks were. Helpful. On the beach, Matt, the owner, was our guide and was greeting everyone and giving us an overview of what to expect. He demonstrated how to properly use the paddle so not to hurt yourself and went over basic safety points. We were all given a life jacket and helped into a kayak. I am not a strong kayaker but with the newly received paddling tips, I did much better than I have in the past. Once out on the water, we spotted some dolphins in the distance and paddled over to them. Saw some fins, water being exhaled out of the blowholes and some swimming through the water. Matt gave us some interesting information regarding the habits of dolphins. Sunset was lovely that night, the colors were striking. It was calm, quiet, not windy, the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. What was really nice is that no one was rushed off the water. Matt was happy to hang around and wait for anyone who wanted more time on the water to take in those extra minutes of peace and serenity. The perfect way to end a stressful day.
