The day was too windy to go paddling - i had received no notice from the instructor. I attended the facility and wasn't able to go.

I haven’t got my money back and they waiting until I got there to tell me they didn’t have the material

Do not book this activity. We arrived at the meet up location early, waited 15 minutes, and no one showed up. Called and no answer. They should have called to confirm and/or cancel if they weren't able to show up. Currently waiting for a refund.
