Beautiful views….. The transportation from meeting place was not acceptable And very dirty. We were packed like sardines in the basket. I would do a private tour next time

We thoroughly enjoyed the ride… with Phil on Bounty! Phil is very experienced and made us all feel safe! Only recommendation is to use a ladder (or step stool) to get in and out of the balloon

Thank you. We do have steps in the side of every basket and our semi-private and private flights all have doors. Upgrades are available for an extra fee if you prefer the semi-private or private flights.
