Standing inside the balloon, the actual flight, the ease of getting into balloon with door. Also the whole team was helpful, friendly and just fantastic

I loved this experience, the ride was nice a smooth and our pilot was very professional and nice. All the staff from when they pick you up to the staff helping the pilot were very friendly.
