I've done 3 ghost walking tours and this one is my favorite. My guide was rather new to the area but knew her stuff. She was just the most interesting and amazing story teller ever. Long detailed stories, not glossed over. This tour is just the north end of Duval Old Town area but a really enjoyable walk. She discussed hauntings, revenge, trees and hangings, as well as the history and culture of the area. She was way more detailed than the other tours and spoke of personal experiences of herself and her friends/locals. For a new transplant she sure seemed like a local. Walked down Whitehead Street. Especially enjoyed Captain Tony's Saloon visit, where this tour ends. Amazing story telling, especially of pirates hanging tree, Count Van Cosel, Robert the Doll, Le Conche accidental death and suicide. Visited Artist House, Club Chameleon, Marrero's Guest Mansion, Banyan guesthouse, Audobon House, the old funeral parlor and discussed Robert the Doll and the Harry Truman White House. Highly entertaining, fascinating and at a very comfortable pace. She was quite the story teller. Highly recommend!

It started out not so well, but then it excelled. We were initially on the regular 60 minute family-friendly tour, starting at 9pm. However, after not seeing our tour guide by 9:05pm, we called the company. They then upgraded us for free, to the 90 minute "adult" tour (not sure what happened to the 60 minute tour guide), which was fine since our kids were not with us. So, we latched on to the other tour, which was great. Teri ("Teri with a T") was the tour guide, and she was great. She really knows the history of the island and told some very fascinating ghost stories, in addition to some history of Key West, while walking several blocks. Teri definitely helped change the experience from a bad one to a great one. (The bad start is the only reason it got 4 stars, instead of 5). I would recommend this to anyone who likes history, ghost stories, or just something unique to do in Key West.

It was so fun!! Terry (with a T) did a great job. We even caught a weird face in a window when we looked at our pictures after. My kids said it was their favorite thing we did on vacation.
