We enjoyed walking and sightseeing at our own pace. Tour took us 2 hours with rest breaks. Excellent

App did not work at all. We could not tour. And we did not get our money back. Therefore there is no more to day

Hi Andrea We're sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Did you start the tour using the Start tour function? If you used the Virtual option, GPS-playback is disabled. The tour also wouldn't work if you didn't give us permission to your location. We only need this while you're doing the tour so you can always turn it off afterwards. First time using the audio tour and was exactly as featured. Informative but not too much with breaks for walking and sightseeing.
