I do not recommend this challenging game for solo travelers. No team mates can be provided for you.
You do need to be able to walk on a flat surface for 2 hours. This hunt does require 2 hours of energy and focus.

This was a fun adventure as long as you enjoy and are willing to talk to anyone and everyone and aren’t shy. It was a 2 hour mad dash to complete the hunt checklist, so definitely come hydrated and ready to walk. Finding locals that actually can help is very hit or miss (mostly miss in our case), but when you are lucky enough to find one with a good story and passion for what they are talking about, it makes the whole thing worth it (Pacific Vibrations Surf Shop). Overall, a fun way to spend a couple hours and see Kona.

Fun and educational experience. Learned some history. Discovered local spots. Chose the less competitive version so was also relaxed while doing this
