We scheduled this tour of Hollywood after researching several choices and reading plenty of reviews. This tour sounded the best for my family for 3 main reasons; pickup at or near our stay in Anaheim, plenty of stops to explore and a tour guide that would have great interaction with us. As this was our first trip to California, we thought it would be a great advantage to have the tour pick us up and we would not have to drive into LA. Instead of picking us up at our rental or near it, we had to drive 30 minutes to a mall for pickup during part of rush hour. The drop off at the end of day was also during evening rush hour. We stopped 4 times during the trip for a total of 3 hours. The longest stop was for lunch at the Farmer's Market. The other stops were what we were most looking forward to, but we were rushed in each of them and did not get to see as much as we would have liked. In total from pickup at the mall to drop off the tour took 8 hours. Five of the eight hours were in the van. Lastly, we were excited to be able to converse and learn about the city... ask questions and be a part of the tour. Instead, since we were the last pickup, we sat in the back of the van because they were only seats available. We could only hear our guide when he was on the microphone and obviously could not ask any direct questions or have a conversation with him. In total the tour was nice, but not worth the money that we paid for it.
