The trip was cancelled 1 hour before it was to start. I was told the bus would not start and I would hear from someone about rescheduling or a refund later that day. After more than a week we have heard from no-one. Numerous calls and texts have not been answered or returned. It was not even possible to leave a message at the phone number given on the web site. It is distressing to learn that they are a company with so little integrity.

Unfortunately some mechanical problems happened to our bus that were beyond our control. We did give you a full refund, but it had to go through the third party, Groupon, which you paid the tickets from. Everything should be fine as far as the money goes. We understand your disappointment in not seeing our unique tour after reading all of our amazing and great give star reviews. We were disappointed too. Therefore, we will give you free tickets to see our tour at your convenience whenever we have spare seats available. This way, you can see why some many people love our tour, for free.

I had the Greatest Time on this tour. It surpassed my expectations. I am pretty well versed in the The Philly Music Scene. However, I learned so much and enjoyed the stories about the lives of the famous people that were great influences in our city’s history. You’ll be singing along with the presentation as you relive many memories that you will share with the others on the tour. The tour guide is going to take you on a trip back in time . You will love every minute, and want to recommend to friends and visitors.

Loved Visiting the theaters, watching the videos of the famous singers and musicians. Getting a tour of the city. Enjoyed hearing the history of music in Philly. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable. Excellent tour!!!!!
