I don't normally write reviews but had to give a shout out to Julio and the team, one of the best tours we have done. Had a small hiccup on the bikes and Julio went out of his way to sort us out and rearrange the day , it was a fantastic customer service and you could tell they aren't so interested in the money but making sure the guests have a memorable day. Would highly recommend this company to anyone

The bike tour was a perfect way to see and learn about the city and build experiences at the same time. Samantha was awesome knowledgeable and witty, a dynamic group leader. She guided us safely through the city constantly aware of where all riders were. She also gave us recommendations for activities suited for the remainder of our stay. My husband and I who are in our sixties were so pleased. Probably on of our favorite Victor tours ever!

Fantastic tour of the city!! My husband and I only had a couple days in SF and wanted to see all the top spots so we decided to take the Original City Loop Electric Bike Tour. Jim was an AMAZING guide! He had great knowledge of the city and all of the quirky history. He was also an excellent personal photographer throughout the trip. The electric bikes are super easy to use and make travelling around the city and up steep hills a breeze. They give you a 30 min stop at the Golden Gate bridge to walk around and take pictures, and a 30 min break during lunch at a lovely park with great views. Otherwise it is a busy trek and I felt like we were able to make the most of our day and see so many different parts of SF from a local's point of view. It was also nice that it was such a small group (4 people + Jim) which made the tour way more intimate and interactive. Would HIGHLY recommend this tour. We had so much fun and have so many amazing pictures from this tour!
