This dynamic and interactive part-show, part-city tour will have you amazed by the sights and sounds of New York as you whiz through its streets on a multi-million dollar theatrical bus. THE RIDE is a Broadway-caliber show with New York City at center stage!

THE RIDE Experience is a 60-75 minute interactive bus ride around New York City featuring 2 comedic hosts on board and 5-7 live street performances along our Midtown/Times Square route and lots of fun and laughs. THE RIDE is a unique experience unlike any other you have seen before.

Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
Minimum age is 6 years. Children under 6 years of age will NOT be permitted on the bus.
Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE.
There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding. There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE.
THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will need to ascend stairs to enter and exit.
THE RIDE does not travel at high speeds. However, the bus features side-seating so guests are facing sideways as we travel through New York City, so you can expect some repetitive starting and stopping that may affect some patrons.
Not recommended for travelers prone to motion sickness.

A horror of experience, it was raining and very windy and cold, a person from the team already registered us and reviewed the tickets for those of us who were on the street waiting for more than 15 minutes and made us stand in another line at the edge of the sidewalk to enter the bus, but it does not turn out that the woman who controlled the entrance of the Bus on Sunday 10/29/2023 at 6:00 PM did not open the Bus (a bit of empathy) and kept us waiting in those conditions for another 10 minutes, no I understand why, if the tickets have already been reviewed because they make us wait getting wet (THANKS FOR THE PHARYNGITIS that gave me) this staff was taken aback. Afterwards they continued making people wait outside because they themselves had not counted correctly, and on top of that the tour was supposed to start at 6:00 PM, it left at 6:20 PM, time that was taken from us, I did the tour before the pandemic and it was good, but I don't know if they changed the staff, it was horrible, there was traffic but the driver could see in the application and avoid us on that street that was parked, we didn't do the count in Times Square, we didn't visit the Grand Central station, the presenters with repetitive jokes indicating meaningless places, no encouragement to sing Sinatra's song as I once felt. The truth is that now I consider that this attraction is overrated, if it is in your New York pass, and you have time and that is only if they accept your reservation, you can do it, but spending the attraction alone is NOT worth it, the only thing that wins Instead of a show, it was a good cold because of the staff's confusion

We've looked into the Ride you were on and as there is always good reasons why the bus has a delay, issue, etc. But I don't want to give you excuses, we fell short. If I have one piece of advice to give: run away... Duration sold 75 minutes Effective duration 52 minutes Paid full price $89 to be in front. No interest, correct artists but nothing more. The cheesy hosts and shrill voices in their microphones, unbearable sound quality to the point of losing your hearing. A neighborhood tour and 2 views of Times Square, St Patrick's Church and the Statue at Columbus circle. Help!

As explained in our previous communications, we are very sorry that your party missed the prior communications about the change in our schedule. It is very unfortunate that you could not rebook to any of the other Rides offered, however please be aware that we did not scan your passes so you were free to use them at another attraction of your choosing.
