Service of employees is outstanding, everyone is nice and helpful. The three-star deluxe cruise offered beautiful views of Honolulu and lots of food, which was overall good. Entertainment is nice. The show at the end is a bit corny and feels dated (it's themed for a couple on their honeymoon in the 1950s... and I think at this point most people can no longer relate to having been on a honeymoon 63+ years ago though I'm sure a few couples can). The ship is somewhat dated too.
We did an add-on package which included a bottle of sparking wine, but that apparently took the place of the sparkling wine toast that was already included (we thought we might start with the toast, then open the bottle). We also got a cake to celebrate a birthday, but that was at the end and after all the food ended up taking it home. Photos that were included in the package came out nice. I would like to see them maybe offer a package with more upgrades to what you already get - not just more of the same (e.g. dessert was already included, so the cake was just more dessert).
Tip: Gratuity IS NOT included and our server went above and beyond. So we ordered a Coke for $5 just so we could leave a commensurate tip aligned with the overall great service. Cash is also an option.
Having the transportation option from/to our hotel was nice as we didn't have to wait for a Lyft and we were essentially checked-in (i.e. received tickets) as soon as we boarded the transportation versus at the dock.
