Mr.Stephen is very nice captain. Food, and entertainment is so good. If you would like to have a good night, I recommend this tour. I would like to join this tour again.

The ship was nice, and the fireworks were great. Food was cold and service was terrible! We went on Friday April 12, 2024, for dinner. The girl was training someone. We were the # star Deluxe Dinner and show. We got lobster tails and steak. We asked for help with the lobster tails in opening them and they came back 15 minutes later. My butter spilled and I asked for more butter and 10 minutes later she came back with drinks. I asked where my butter and she was laughed and said she forgot why she went back there. Steak was not served to the table all at once. We got ours and 15 minutes later some others at the table got theirs. Show was good. This was our second time doing this and we were excited. Boy, have things changed! Do not waste your money. It was unorganized. Other tables were organized, and we sat and watched as they got their food, and we didn't. My steak was bloody, (UGH!!) and then when another person got theirs 15 minutes after mine, it was medium well. No consistency. This girl was clearly over-whelmed. You need more help for that expensive of a dinner. Also, we paid extra to be picked up. Where they advised us to wait was not where the pick-up place was. We stood out there for 15 minutes and my husband had to call and ask where they were, they told us to walk up the sidewalk. This is not where we were told to wait. On the drop-off, the driver was rude and insisted on dropping us off at the hotel next to ours and made us walk through a dark garage. A very disappointing experience. Booking number 1554404037283445. Definitely NOT worth what we paid for it. They gave us a comment card, but we couldn't read the names

Absolutely fantastic excursion!! Staff was amazing and food was fantastic (options available for non red meat eaters- just ask). Very relaxing, perfect for couples or families... highly recommend!!
