I bought the VIP visit because my wife and I wanted to see a little more than the average person who just went on their own. We met at THE LOUNGE where we were treated to a nice hot cocoa. (It was 28 degrees). This visit would include an individual tour behind the scenes of 30 Rock and a ride on THE BEAM and THE SKYLIFT. After a brief safety video for THE BEAM, we were met by Christine (our personal guide). She took us to many places inside 30 Rock and explained the history of the building and the neighborhood. Not knowing any of this information, it was fascinating how something this large was built during a stressful time in the USA (stock market collapse). Christine was very knowledgeable about the history and was able to answer all questions that my wife and I had. She escorted us to THE BEAM. As VIPs, we were treated to an individual ride with no one else on THE BEAM. A great experience to rise high and see all the way to the horizon on all sides. A few pictures were taken by the BEAM TEAM. We climbed some stairs to a higher point where we did the VIP thing again on THE SKYLIFT. This spiraled as it lifted off the roof to take you even higher than you've already been. You also get a 360 panorama view and photo. After THE SKYLIFT, Christine answered final questions and said her goodbyes. We were then free to continue to hang out on our own including going to the CAFE for a complimentary champagne toast. I'd recommend the VIP trip for anyone to get the full story of the building and the ability to see everything 30 Rock has to offer without having to deal with the crowds. I'd like to thank Christine for a wonderful experience from start to finish.

terrible service no akylift not worth the money we paid champagne offered wasnt worth the money would be bettwr buying wine for 12 dollars as was more in a glass of wine than my champagne Would not recommend this as paid over 300 pounds Terrible

The Rockefeller Center is one of the most famous landmarks in New York City. Located around the 70th floor is the observation deck known as Top of the Rock. It is extremely popular with tourists because it lacks obstructive glass panels, offering an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the city. If you plan to visit the platform, it’s highly recommended to book tickets in advance, as they can sell out quickly.
