• You will be required to collect your tickets at least 1 hour prior to showtime at the Excalibur Box Office
• You will need to present valid, government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport
• Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed
• Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required
• Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited
• Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available.

I sat in the dragon section; it was fabulous and amazing experience. I kept booing and celebrating the whole show. The whole show is like watching a movie in real time and I kept talking about show to my wife and kids. Must watch show.
