I was contacted by email only- at MIDNIGHT the morning our cruise was arriving in port. At 7am when I checked my emails, I responded. I also called and texted. Was not contacted by the driver until we were outside of the cruise terminal waiting for him. He was difficult to communicate with- not because of the language barrier- but because he was frustrated with the port and traffic. He drove like a literal mad man to the airport. Swerving lane to lane- no signals. Jockeying other drivers on the road. I thought my husband was going to lose it on this guy. While he was driving us, he got a call from another pick up at the port. He lied to the guy and told him he was on his way- when he was driving away from the port and taking us to the airport! He even asked our sons to help with the large luggage. Bad experience.
